  2. You know, I was just reading about carrier pigeons last night. But I did not know about Paddy. It is such a shame that these pigeons went extinct due to stupid men! I guess back then there were no laws or programs to protect animals with low populations, like there are now.

  3. This is an interesting bit of WW II history. That is a remarkably short time for a pigeon to fly so far.
