FRIDAY'S HUNT and WEEKEND REFLECTIONS

It is time to link up with Friday’s Hunt and Weekend Reflections and this week the letter G, Candy and latch.   So today I am showing you the CANDY Shop at the Ulster Folk Museum near Cultra, the front and back of the LATCH  in my daughers’ kitchen door and the GENTLE GIANT GIRAFFES at the Artis Royal Zoo in Amsterdam.

    Wonderful giraffe photos! This candy store looks like what we used to call a Penny Candy store many years ago.

    I really like your candy shop find at the Amsterdam Zoo. I like to visit Candy Stores, we have several very large ones here in Texas. Like your Zoo Giraffe Statue also. For my "G" I also posted a zoo critter statue, "Guy the Gorilla" at the London Zoo.

    the giraffes are very cool but nothing beats an old fashioned candy store. they make for great photo opportunities!!!!

    That candy shop looks like a great place to visit. Love the latch, but my favorite this week has to be those giraffes! They are adorable, and you really got a lot of good pictures. Thanks so much for joining Friday's Hunt. I apologize for being so late in visiting.

    I'm very late in visiting. Wonderful pictures of the candy shop - can you actually buy the candy there or is it solely for display purposes?! I'd have trouble choosing. I adore the giraffes - they are such a fascinating animal to look at. Great latches, too!
