and were killed by snakes.

  1. This is a beauty.
It is a while since I've been bitten so I must have been good.

  4. Snakes are hard to feel good about. I am always hoping they stay in the wild well away from me. Compelling image.

  7. A fine shot! I'm always conscious of our harmless garden snakes. I try hard not to back the car out over one, or get them with the lawnmower. But we're lucky to have no harmful snakes. You don't have to go too far east or south to find ones you don't want to get close to.
