Thanking you for visiting my blog
and hopefully you have enjoyed some of my garden birds as much as myself.
Please look in again.
Margaret, it's always good to relax a while and watch the garden birds going about their business or, as you say, eating us out of house and home! Great commentary on the video. Congrats on your three months anniversary...[;o)
ReplyDeleteHi Trevor Many thanks for all your comments and I am glad you liked the video. Can I ask you if you viewed the video I posted on 31 May entitled 'Portavoe Reservoir Walk'? If you cannot view it on my blog, go onto youtube and type in
Deletehttp://youtu.be/u7cTGtpju6Q and it will come up. I would appreciate your comments on it as I am trying to improve my video technique although I will not make such a long video again. Many thanks in anticipation. Margaret
Great set of birds - if you go back a few posts on my blog you can find some picture of Australian Magpies - not the same type of bird at all!
ReplyDeleteCheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
PS: I dont suppose too many people associate the word Australia with frost! But our ski season start in less than a week!
Hi Stewart Yes I know your Australian Magpie and saw it often when I went to the Sydney and surrounding areas. Some day when I have nothing to put on my blog, I am going to put some of my Australian photos so it will make you feel at home! Maragret

ReplyDeleteLove your videos, Margaret. I love hearing your voice --describing your garden and the birds... You have a beautiful garden. We have finches and doves --but they are a little different from yours. In our area, there are hawks --which LOVE to capture and eat our doves... Hawks are pretty--but not my friend!!!! ha
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.

ReplyDeleteHappy 3 months! The magpie is so pretty - I don't think we have any around my area. Although it's amazing to see how much larger it was than the other little birds at the feeder.
ReplyDeleteSoothing video of birds at your feeder in your lovely garden. I miss having my feeders which I had to forgo when I moved a year ago. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteMargaret this is super, I've shared your site with friends in Kamloops, B.C., Canada avid bird and squirrel feeders.
