Flowers at Pottery Lodge, Malawi

These re a few images of flowers I photographed at Pottery Lodge, Malawi. One of the large bushes was just outside where my family were painting their pots that they had thrown the day before. Enjoy.

    Great shots Margaret. You have especially done a great job with these macro's. So colorful, and you are spot on with your focus! Such contrasts in malawi... so much beauty, and so much poverty.

    Such lovely Hibiscus flowers.
    We had several in my parents home.
    The goats used to love to eat these flowers - not our goats, but when the goat herders went by our home...
    Yes, such days existed once upon a time, eh?

    I like hibiscus ... We have them here in Florida, though I don't think they are native they do very well.
