A Moorhen? Not a goose, bigger than our Muscovys. BTW, one Muscovy hen has left her flock to make a nest up here in our neighbor's second story shadow box above their garage. The neighbor said there are only two eggs, was three but he found a third smashed on the pavement below. I'll make her my "D" word for next week. Do you know thT the incubation period is 35 days instead of all other ducks whose are about 28? Muscovy duck's eggs are larger. ..
