While
out with my bird group recently at the Flood Gates, Strangford, near Newtownards,
a Buzzard flew onto this rock on the beach.
However it was not long before gulls chased it away.
I
am linking to WILD BIRD WEDNESDAY.
Many thanks for your visit and also your comments.
Quite a specimen!
ReplyDeleteHello, awesome series on the Buzzard! Happy Tuesday, enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteA handsome bird had to put up with those pesky gulls!
ReplyDeleteGood pictures of this fierce looking bird. The little ones will gang up on the and make them leave. Being so much smaller, they are very acrobatic in the air and are able to torment him to leave.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Buzzard.
ReplyDeleteAnd so the seagulls soon told the predator bird To BUZZ OFF.
ReplyDeleteBuzzards in western Europe seem so much darker than the eastern races..........
ReplyDeleteWOW!
