Island Hill Hide Birds

I took my bird group to the island Hill Hide and we saw a Great Crested Grebe sitting on her nest and the male was frantically bringing her more nesting material. We also saw a lot of Mute Swans, House Martins and Swallows.

    It's ages since I've seen Great Crested Grebes nesting .I think it's all those rainy days and high water levels.
