SUNDAY THOUGHT

The Lord is my fort where I can enter and be safe; no one can follow me in and slay me. He is a rugged mountain where I hide; He is my Saviour, a rock where none can reach me, and a tower of safety. He is my shield.

Psalm 18:2

Photographed May 2016
when I was out with my bird group recently.
More photos of that outing in a litle later post.

Scrabo Tower was built in 1857 to commenorate Frederick, 4th Marquess's father, Charles, 3rd Marguess of Mount Stewart House.

I will tell you more about
Scrabo Tower history this Thursday.

Many thanks for your visit and also all your comments.
