  4. HI Maple Lane The whole wall of the large greenhouse is covered with them adn is open to the public adn I am wondering if they will be left alone to mature. Not ready to eatyet for a while adn if we don't get more sun this year, may never ripen!! MArgaret

  9. all beautiful. that loaded blooming tree is my favorite!

yes, we've had whistling ducks breed on our pond - but i hope they find another spot nearby instead. we have a few snapping turtles again that will take the ducklings - and even have broken the legs of the adults in an attempt to drown them. so i'm really hoping we won't have any clutches here this year.

  10. Hello Margaret, thanks for your visit to my blog and becoming a follower. I'll be happy to follow back. Your photos are just beautiful. The bird in my photo today is a Goldfinch. They are plentiful in my area and love to eat thistle seed and I often have each of the spots on the feeder filled with them. Have a wonderful day!

  16. HI Lynn That shot is good enough to eat!! I think not, as it really was quite small in the plant and has along way to grow before being eatable. Thanks for your kind comments. Margaret
