Recently
I was out with my bird group and these images were taken over looking Strangford
Lough but the tide was out although there is one Black tailed Godwit quite
close. In the distance you can see
Scrabo Tower near Newtownards.

visited the Quoile Countryside Centre hide and
apart from a
good
number of birds these seven Konik ponies who were keeping the grass under
control.

few weeks ago when I came back from my caravan for a quick visit home, I
wandered into Ward Park and found that
the Pink footed goose was still there and was making friends with the other
Mallards
