I visited
the National Trust property at Mount Stewart recently and these are some more
photographs of the Swans and cygnets that
were on the lake.
I am
linking to SATURDAY CRITTERS.
I hope you enjoyed this post today.
I appreciate your visit and
comments.
Love the peaceful gees!
ReplyDeleteCritters are always welcome.
ReplyDeleteThe whole family's out and about.... Fine pictures by Margaret!
ReplyDeleteThey are so calming to watch, aren't they? My daughter, on Long Island Sound, has them there in New Haven Harbor. I think they are looked upon poorly here as an invasive (or something). I don't know. Is the brown tint a seasonal thing?
ReplyDeleteThank you, Margaret, for sharing your version of "Swan Lake". Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteIt is a beautiful day here in central Florida following Hurricane Ian. No real damage for us, just a lot of cleaning up to be done.
Have a blessed day.
Swans are such elegant birds, and it is good to see the young ones beginning to look like adults. Lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteWhat a large, beautiful family they have!
ReplyDeleteLovely images! The symmetry of reflections is so graceful.
