The Weekend Roundup and Weekend Reflections

Time for The Weekend Roundup and Weekend Reflections and today is the letter X and OUR own choice.  So today I hope no one minds but I am going to tell you an Xtraordinary story.  It was Christmas Day in South Africa and very early Jon, Daniel and Anna got up and decided to climb this mountain that our house was looking onto.  What makes this story Xtraordinary is that Anna had been suffering from M.E for the past 3 years and at times could not even get out of bed or feed herself.  However, about a month prior to going on this holiday, she was miraculously healed so she threw herself into every possible activity during this holiday and now this was the biggest challenge. These are photographs I took (obviously not very good but a great distance away) show them near the start, up at the top of the mountain and coming back again.

We give all the Glory to our Lord for HIS miraculous healing of Anna.

The letter X above and my REFLECTION image below were taken in my home town of Bangor at the Long Hole.

Thanks for your visit and also your comments.

  5. Praising God for this healing!! How wonderful! And they made it to the top! It looks like a very hard climb. They stood and made crosses with their arms...at first I thought that there real crosses on that mountain!

  6. Hi Margaret. I think we all have to agree that this is an extraordinary thing to happen. I hope that Anna continues to beat the ME into submission and lives a full and active life as she does in those photos.

  10. THANK THE LORD, MARGARET!!! This was a Miracle Indeed!!
I cannot imagine being healed so fast and being able to do all the things she had to do, example of climbing that mountain. Your pictures tell the story, the Reflection (where I've an entry) is sooo pretty. I like the fish too, coming to be fed from you.
