During
my four days at my old caravan recently, I saw many Eider ducks with lots of their
ducklings. These are just a few in the Bay my caravan overlooks.(see yesterday’s
post)
I am linking to WILD BIRD
WEDNESDAY.
Photographed near my old
caravan, Whiterock.

Hello,
ReplyDeleteGreat sighting of the Eider and their young, they are cute. Have a great day and happy week ahead.
We would love to see an Eider!
ReplyDeleteYour previous post showing the caravan location is beautiful! We see why you enjoy it.
All is good here in central Florida. Hot and humid, but that's what it's supposed to be like here in June! We're getting out a lot, just short trips early in the day to beat the heat.
Have a blessed week, Margaret!
Lovely to see the little families safe on the water!
ReplyDeleteThey are so different looking, so easy to identify. I have never seen a real one. I wonder if Eider Down is still used, and hope the ducks are not hurt in order to get it!
ReplyDeleteIt's such fun to see families.
