GOOD FENCES - Tory Island (Part 4)

I found this Canada Goose in someone’s back garden along with these other Geese.  The Canada Goose had laid 3 eggs however I do not know if they were fertilised.  Later on (you will see it next week I will show you another or perhaps the same Canada goose was on a lake on Tory Island.

Pipit

I just got back to the hotel before the rain came on but I missed photographing a glorious double rainbow as I was so intend in taking photos of the geese as well as showing some young boys them.

I am linking this post with GOOD FENCES.

Many thanks for visiting and also to those who leave comments.

  2. That is a wonderful post from beginning to end. I enjoyed the view of the nest with the three eggs and the protective parent. That last shot of the geese and the rainbow was lovely. Great photos, all of them. Have a great day Margaret and thank you.

  16. Well fret not, Margaret ... you did capture a fence, a single rainbow and some boys got to see the geese. I feel for the little mother goose whose eggs lay in waiting. I wonder what happened to the Dad? Great series, Margaret ...
