GOOD FENCES - Walk along riverside at Island Marina, I.O.W.

These are photographs I took last time I was on the Isle of Wight in January.  I found a different place to walk and these are the fences I found.  There even was slight snow in the beach which was very surprising for that island.  Enjoy.

Kingfisher

I hope you enjoyed seeing the sun and blue skies even it was freezing.

I am linking this post with GOOD FENCES.

Many thanks for your visiting and also to those who leave comments.

  1. Hi Margaret what an interesting selection of fences and walkways. I love the wonky one around the rusty-looking ship and the one behind the interesting sculpture. As always I love the reflections you always manage to capture! Have a great day. Jo

  12. What an interesting assemblage of fence-photos, Margaret! Like Bob, I enjoyed seeing the King Fisher, but I also enjoyed the contrasts of pristine/dilapidated, close-up/in-the-distance,sharp/dreamy, bright/muted. Really quite wonderful!

  32. What a great variety selection of fences. I love boats, all shapes and sizes and ages so there's a lot for me to like in today's post. I particularly like the rusty-looking ship and the fence that looks to be about the same age around it.

  33. Despite the chilly weather you get some lovely blue skies (enough to make the sailor several pairs of trousers!) and brilliant green grass although my favourite photos are the rusty boat!
