GOOD FENCES - Phoenix Park, Dublin

Last week when I went to Dublin for the day, I walked through Phoenix Park and right up to where Dublin Zoo is situated.  I must go back and visit that zoo someday as it brings back fond memories of when I was much younger.  The shot below is where I exited, however I think you will agree it is a wonderful entrance to this park.  I don’t think any more words are necessary.  Some of the fences are ‘tiny’!

This is a Statue to Sean Heuston and in a later post I will show you the wonderful Heuston Railway Station.

I am linking this post with Tex’s GOOD FENCES.

Thank you for visiting.

Many thanks for comments left on any of my posts.

  18. These are all the cream of the crop- extra special delights! Very nice places to visit as well. I especially like the little strong fence next to the bench, it's just enough to keep people from stepping off the walkway, especially dogs too!

  26. Hello Margaret! Great assortment of fences! The "in" fences and gates are impressive. I like the 'tiny' fences especially the one that goes down the walk/path. Beautifully kept grounds and a pretty blue sky in your pictures.
